Qigong is an ancient movement practice which connects the physical, mental-emotional and spiritual aspects of self to encourage healing within. Qigong blends meditation and mindfulness, breathing and movement to encourage smooth flow of Qi within the body.

Qigong can be done seated or standing and is focused on the internal movement of energy through mindful external movements.

The daoyin is a seated meditative qigong practice that incorporate self-percussive (tapping) elements of shiatsu along the meridians of the body, moving any stuck Qi that has gathered in the body. It achieves a vitalizing effect, reducing anxiety, soothing sore muscles, reducing pain and improving muscle recovery. It feels great for every level of your being and is WONDERFUL for overall health.

Intention, awareness, visualization and deep abdominal breathing for grounding and relaxation to the body and mind.

These may be incorporated into any in-person or online appointments.

Virtual 60 minute 1-on-1 Daoyin sessions are available upon request. Contact me here to request a session.
