IMPORTANT
If you are experiencing fever or respiratory symptoms, such as dry cough and flu-like symptoms, you are encouraged to stay home and switch your appointment from in-person to telemedicine or reschedule your appointment to at least 14 days after the start of symptoms.
Our clinic is not equipped to appropriately handle respiratory emergencies and does not conduct testing for possible coronavirus. Please call your physician, your nearest urgent care facility, or 911 if an emergency. For more information about COVID-19, click here.
What should I expect BEFORE my appointment?
- If you are a *new* patient, you will be emailed forms to complete. All forms must be completed prior to your appointment.
- Appointment cancellation fees have been waived at this time.
What should I expect when I arrive for an appointment?
- You must wear a face mask at all times once you have entered the building and throughout treatment.
- You must sanitize your hands when you enter (and exit) the clinic. An automatic hand sanitizer station is on the wall below the reader board at the entrance of Wilson Park Building. If you prefer to wash your hands before entering Suite L, wheelchair accessible restrooms are available on the first and second floor of the clinic - please text me to receive the entry code for the restrooms or view the code in the waiting room.
- Suite L is located on the 2nd floor of the building. We ask that you continue to maintain a physical distance of at least 6 ft from others.
- You'll be screened with a temperature check at the beginning of your treatment. Per CDC guidelines, we cannot treat patients in our space if the temperature is 100+ Fahrenheit.
- There will be a sanitized tub in the treatment room for your personal belongings.
- Two HEPA + UV air filters are always on in the clinic.
- If the treatment room door is closed, please have a seat in the front waiting room. One HEPA air filter is on in the waiting room.
- NFC contactless payment option is available. Credit/Debit cards are accepted as well.
What happens between appointments?
- Long before the pandemic, treatment room disinfection between appointments has always been priority. Treatment room sanitization remains the same: linens are stripped and the pillows/bolsters and treatment table are disinfected with high medical grade disinfecting wipes.
- All tools used during treatments, chairs and the tub holding your belongings and high touch surfaces (door knobs, tables, etc) are disinfected with high medical grade disinfectant wipes.
